Shannan is a very awesome real estate agent and person. She is someone I consider a friend now even though our relationship was by its nature fairly short. She is extremely helpful and networks with EVERYONE!!! Whatever professional I needed, she knew someone. I am not familiar with selling a house, this was my very first time, but she made it seem very easy. I appreciated how she kept me on task and she always checked up on me regularly to see if I needed anything. She is also very kind and considerate. My wife recently passed and our garden was her pride and joy and Shannan was wonderful at respecting all my wife’s hard work and paying homage by helping me to find the right people to make it look almost like my wife would have if she had been there. If I wasn’t moving to Kansas, I would always use her for all my real estate needs.
