We were buying a house in Washington from across the country in New York and Shannan helped us every step of the way! She took personalized videos and uploaded them to her youtube channel for us to watch as we couldn’t be there to see the homes in person. This was my first time buying a home and she was very helpful and knowledgeable in any questions related to the whole process from initial tour to finalizing paperwork and loans.
