North Kitsap
North Kitsap County is generally considered the area north of Silverdale, all the way to where Hood Canal meets the Puget Sound at Twin Spits, near Hansville.
Bainbridge Island (pop. 23,950) and Poulsbo (pop. 10,510) are the two incorporated cities located in North Kitsap.
Outside of these cities, approximately 53,000 people call North Kitsap home.
North Kitsap has unincorporated communities that each have a unique history and identity. Among these are Kingston, Suquamish, Hansville, Indianola, Port Gamble and Keyport.
