Leather Laudet is Adept’s newest team member and has quickly become an invaluable asset to Shannan and the Adept team! His easy way with all people and ability to immediately put you at ease as if you’ve known him for years is truly magical. Leather became a licensed Broker in 2019, and is Shannan’s ‘boots on the ground’, taking the responsibility of installing signs, flyers, and lockboxes for Adept’s listings, never shying away from getting his hands dirty, he has become a key player in getting homes ready to go on the market.
In addition to that easy going personality, he also brings his impressive driving skills – allowing Shannan to safely continue working while getting from place to place. Incredibly intelligent, Leather is detail-oriented, with a smart, witty sense of humor, and a formidable desire to learn.

A Bremerton native, born and raised in Kitsap County – Leather is a trained black-belt, has an appreciation for art, and truly enjoys computer sciences.
