Shannan was amazing to work with and made it very easy to understand the process and was always there to answer our questions and address our concerns. We ran into some trouble with our neighbor and Shannan was right there with us to help fix the issue and make sure everything was good to go for selling the house. Out of all the realtors we met, Shannan was able to market the house well above the others and was able to sell it for what we’re asking. Last, if you’re looking for someone to help you purchase a house or sell it, talk with Shannan, an amazing lady to work with and always finds the answer if she doesn’t know it.
