We met Shannan at an open house about a year ago. It was the first house we looked at, at the start of our search. She asked if we had an agent representing us, which we didn’t so she offered her services without being pushy about it. We cautioned her that we weren’t in a rush to move and were very very picky before she told us she didn’t mind and we agreed to have her be our agent. Shannan stuck with us recommending places some of which we looked at in person and some we passed on looking at altogether all the while being friendly and patient. She began to understand our tastes and what we were looking for based on our choices. Almost a year later, we finally found the house of our dreams and are now weeks away from closing. Through it all, Shannan has stuck with us, has always been friendly and professional, and has always had great advice for us. Searching online for houses on your own is great, but having an amazing and thoughtful agent to help guide you through the whole process is almost a necessity.
