She and Leather tirelessly saw dozens of homes with me, answered every question I asked and knew to provide extra info when I didn’t. She even ran statistical analysis of how many homes sold over long periods of time in various neighborhoods and price ranges! n the end, with Shannan’s expertise, fantastic research skills, and solid negotiating instincts, we were able to submit the winning bid in a multiple-bid situation, and found an amazing home.
Our home in Bremerton is our third.
