We found Shannan through a 3rd party site and ended up going with her as our selling agent. Every opportunity she was given to be of service she was absolutely wonderful. Shannan took the time to answer the million different questions my wife and I had, used the best tools available to help sell our house – such as 360 walkthrough photography (no charge) and…DRONES!? (no charge) Which resulted in us getting into a multiple offer situation that netted us more than we originally said we needed. Shannan answered the phone at 7pm, she took calls on Saturdays and Sundays, had comps ready for the appraiser, knew the right way to negotiate on our behalf without seeming desperate, knew the right company to have our roof replaced in time for closing, had a stager help us set up our look for showings (not at our cost) and sold our home in UNDER A WEEK.
