I can’t say enough good things about realtor, Shannan Laudet. I had decided to hire another realtor who thereafter did not communicate with me for 2 months; so I went looking for another realtor. We interviewed 3. Shannan was the only one who came to the listing appointment prepared with comps & a relevant presentation. Shannan is a great communicator and offered practical advice about getting the house ready to list. The photographer and stager were first rate as well as Shannan’s Assistant, Amy. Shannan kept us informed throughout the process & was readily accessible. Shannan did what she said she would do when she said she would do it. We had a successful outcome and Shannan more than earned her fee.
