We had a lot listed with another agent whom we mistakenly thought he was doing all he could to sell our lot. After two years, and no legitimate offer we fired his firm and looked around on the Web. We had no prior knowledge of Shannan’s firm but thought we would take a shot. Shannan immediately offered a limited listing agreement saying she wanted to earn the faith we had put in her. Almost immediately after signing she embarked on an extensive marketing campaign which had our listing go out all over the country on a variety of mediums and a video that was super-impressive filled with music and great photography including drone shots. The campaign worked because about two weeks after listing the lot we received an offer and finally agreed on a price. The only down side was 5 minutes after we had received the first offer, we received another offer for $4,000 more. Such is life. But the overall experience we had with Shannan was first class all the way including constant communication about every step of the process. And, all this was done while we are living in Central America.
