I cannot contain in the limited amount of words allowed for this review how incredible Shannan is as a professional and a lovely human being. My family and I just underwent one of the most difficult times in our lives – trying to sell our home of 15 years (in only a month) to move across country with 4 small children, two of them (twins) almost one year old. We relied heavily on Shannan’s experience and knowledge. She really worked hard for us and was on top of everything during the entire process. Her response time to our inquiries was immediate (nights, weekends, holidays), and her messages were always well thought-out and thorough. We put her to the shortest contract she ever had, and she took it with humor, trust, and a good-natured spirit and sold our home in less than 5 days of listing!! She has a brilliant strategy; including timing, high-end photography, a 3-D virtual tour, and more. She was everything we could have hoped for and more for this HUGE part in our lives. My only regret…that we couldn’t take her out here with us when buying our new home! She has an 11 star review from us!!!!
